Return Policy

At Erika, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, our return policy is here to help!

1. Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products that are returned damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee.

3. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact our customer service team via email at support@erikashop.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the RA number.

Step 3: Send the item to the return address provided by our customer service. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at support@eriverse.com and send your item to the return address provided.

6. Exceptions

Some items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product description page.
